| Other than reading Dave's blog, I have mostly been blogless for a long time. The only reason I'm blogging now is because I am into the wine. Anyway, here's the bulletted list on what is happening at our house:
- Lucy (resident Mastiff) weighs about 110 lbs and her favorite place to sit is my lap.
- Hannah is a whirling dervish at this point and would like nothing more than to get into stuff that she didn't have time to get into yesterday. And she is the cutest toddler on earth (apologies to all others).
- My boss has been telling anyone who will listen that we are heading into the 'greatest depression'. I can't say that I fully disagree.
- Heavy snow is going to be good for business. Roofs will leak profusely.
- I have been working on my garage lately. The wall are insulated and covered, shelf standards and shelves are up on 1 wall, 1/2 the ceiling has tongue and groove pine, and I am collecting pieces for a workbench on casters.
- Hilary is almost done making her pink wool peacoat.
- I have many treats the past 2-3 weeks. It's going to take a while to work all those off, particularly at my rate of exercise.
- We are staying 2 nights at my parent's house this weekend. I am quite excited to have a sleepover holiday.

| we don't have the internet at home anymore. comcast annoyed me, so I sent them packing. so now we don't have a tv or the internet. i actually like it. we'll see how long it lasts. |
